Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must be in the hospital for at least 24 hours.
  • You have been diagnosed with heart failure with reduced pumping strength (ejection fraction 40% or less).
  • You are currently taking 2 or fewer of the recommended heart failure medicine types (ACE inhibitors, ARNI, ARBs, beta-blockers, MRAs, or SGLT2 inhibitors).
  • You cannot have had a heart transplant.
  • You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding.
