- You are 18 years old or older.
- You have been diagnosed with heart failure for more than 6 months.
- You have been hospitalized recently or are currently hospitalized for a worsening of your heart failure.
- You do not have active cancer.
- Your lung function is not severely reduced due to COPD.
- You do not have severe heart valve disease that requires surgery.
