Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with heart failure for more than 6 months.
  • You have been hospitalized recently or are currently hospitalized for a worsening of your heart failure.
  • You do not have active cancer.
  • Your lung function is not severely reduced due to COPD.
  • You do not have severe heart valve disease that requires surgery.
