  • You have had a kidney transplant.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You can use a small monitor on your skin for the first 10 days after surgery.
  • You have no allergy to the sticky pads used with continuous glucose monitors.
  • You have not had a combined kidney-liver or kidney-pancreas transplant.
  • Your new kidney is still working well 48 hours after transplant.
