Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You have insulin-dependent diabetes (such as type 1, or related to chronic pancreatitis, MODY, or cystic fibrosis).
- You have completed a full cycle of pancreatic islet transplant, either alone, after a kidney transplant, or at the same time as a kidney transplant.
- If you received fewer than 10,000 IEQ/kg of islet cells, you must have become insulin-independent after transplant.
- You agree to have your medical data used for this research.
- You must be willing to wear a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) device.
