Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older
  • You must have a rotator cuff problem (like a tear or tendonitis)
  • You cannot have any other condition in that same shoulder, like frozen shoulder or arthritis
  • You must not have nerve problems like radiculopathy, or serious diseases like multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, or cancer
  • You must not have had surgery or a broken bone in that shoulder before
