Who can take part
- You have triple-negative breast cancer (hormone receptor and HER2 negative) that has spread to other parts of the body.
- You have already tried at least 2 standard treatments for metastatic disease and they didn't work.
- You are in fairly good overall health (able to take care of yourself) and have adequate blood counts and organ function.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT or MRI scan, or you have only bone metastases or stable brain metastases.
- You are willing to use contraception if you could become pregnant.
