Who can take part
- You are between 3 and 18 years old
- You have a high-grade brain tumor (fast-growing) that can be seen on an MRI scan
- Your doctors plan to remove as much of the tumor as possible with surgery
- Your liver and kidneys are working well (based on blood tests)
- You do not have a history of porphyria (a blood disorder) or severe light sensitivity
- If you are female and could become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test
