Brain Tumor Surgery with Fluorescent Dye Imaging

High-Grade Glioma (WHO III-IV)

  • Age 18 or older
  • Newly diagnosed high-grade brain tumor (glioma) that has never been treated
  • Brain tumor is in a location where it can be safely and completely removed
  • Tumor is a single lesion (not multiple tumors) confirmed by MRI scan
  • Good overall health status (able to perform daily activities with minimal help)
  • No allergies to the fluorescent dye or contrast agents used in MRI
