Study of QHRD106 injection for acute ischemic stroke

This trial tests an investigational drug, QHRD106, given as an injection for people who have had a moderate-to-severe acute ischemic stroke. It aims to see if the drug can help recovery when given within 24 hours after the stroke starts, and it is for patients who are not receiving standard clot-busting treatment.

Adding tirofiban to clot-busting for stroke patients

This trial tests whether adding a second medicine (tirofiban) to standard clot-busting treatment can help people who are not improving after the first hour. It is for people with a moderate to severe stroke who are not candidates for a clot-removal procedure.

Blood Thinner Injection During Stroke Clot Removal

This trial tests whether injecting a blood thinner called tirofiban directly into brain blood vessels during a stroke procedure helps prevent clots from forming again. If you've had a stroke caused by a large clot in your brain that was successfully removed, this study may help protect your recovery.

Steroid after stroke clot removal for anterior circulation large vessel occlusion

This trial tests if giving a steroid (methylprednisolone) directly into the brain artery after successful clot removal improves recovery. It is for people who had a large stroke in the front part of the brain and got the clot out within 24 hours.

High-dose atorvastatin to protect vessel walls after thrombectomy

This trial tests whether high-dose atorvastatin can help protect the artery wall after emergency clot-removal treatment for an acute stroke. It uses a special 3T MRI scan to look for changes in the blood vessels and may lower the risk of future problems if the artery wall is better protected.

Tirofiban after delayed clot-dissolving treatment for stroke

This trial tests if a medication called tirofiban can help people who had a stroke 4.5 to 24 hours ago and received clot-dissolving treatment (IVT). If you have had a stroke and your symptoms did not improve or got worse after IVT, this study might offer a way to prevent further disability.
