  • You must have been in one of these earlier studies: ALN-TTR02-011, ALN-TTR02-014, or ALN-TTRSC02-003.
  • You must not have permanently stopped taking the study drug during those earlier studies.
  • You cannot be in another study of an experimental device or drug during this study.
  • You must not have other medical conditions that could interfere with the study.
