Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with a liver condition of pregnancy called intrahepatic cholestasis (bile acids over 10 micromol/l in the last week before delivery).
- You are taking a medicine called ursodeoxycholic acid (brand names include Actigall or Urso).
- Your baby will be born at or transferred within the first 24 hours to the Clinical Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology 'Prof.Dr. Panait Sirbu'.
- You give permission (informed consent) a few hours before giving birth.
