  • You are between 18 and 45 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with congenital heart disease (a heart condition present at birth).
  • Your heart condition is stable and your medications have not changed recently in a way that affects your stability.
  • You are willing to participate and can understand the study details.
  • You do not have any other major health problems like neurological, orthopedic, or lung diseases.
