Who can take part
- You are 50 years or older.
- You have at least one of these: heart failure, coronary heart disease, atrial fibrillation, high blood pressure, or type 2 diabetes.
- Your condition is stable (no major changes) for at least 4 weeks.
- Your doctor has said it's safe for you to do strength training.
- You are not pregnant and do not have an active infection.
- You do not have joint pain in your knees, hips, ankles, wrists, elbows, or shoulders.
