Who can take part

  • You have a restrictive lung condition like pneumonia, fluid in the lungs, pleural effusion, or a collapsed lung.
  • You must not have a hiatal hernia or severe acid reflux.
  • You must not have had a recent heart attack or unstable heart condition.
  • You must not have osteoporosis (brittle bones).
  • You must not have congestive heart failure.
  • You must not be coughing up blood or have active cancer.
