  • You must be 18 years or older
  • You should be able to care for most daily activities (performance status score of 70% or higher)
  • No active infections that are getting worse despite treatment
  • Your kidneys, liver, and lungs must be working well enough, as determined by blood and breathing tests
  • You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding, and must agree to use effective birth control during the study
