Who can take part
- You are a man aged 18 or older with prostate cancer confirmed by biopsy.
- Your doctor has recommended hormone therapy, and you have not had hormone therapy before, or you are currently stable on triprerelin, or you have had it before and can take it again.
- You weigh at least 110 pounds (50 kg) and your body mass index (BMI) is between 19 and 30.
- You are in generally good health with adequate blood, liver, and kidney function.
- You agree to use effective birth control or no sex for 6 months after the study ends.
- You do not have certain health problems like severe heart disease, uncontrolled diabetes, or a history of serious allergic reactions.
