Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 70 years old.
  • Your lung cancer (non-small cell type) must have spread to other parts of the body and gotten worse after your first standard treatment.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan, and your doctor plans to treat another tumor with radiation.
  • You are generally well enough to carry out daily activities (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • Your liver, kidney, and blood counts are within safe ranges based on recent tests.
  • You are not pregnant (if applicable), and you are willing to use effective birth control for 6 months after the study.
