- You are 18 to 70 years old.
- Your lung cancer (non-small cell type) must have spread to other parts of the body and gotten worse after your first standard treatment.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan, and your doctor plans to treat another tumor with radiation.
- You are generally well enough to carry out daily activities (ECOG 0 or 1).
