Who can take part

  • You are 65 years or older.
  • You have not done any special training with low oxygen (hypoxic training) before.
  • You get less than 150 minutes of physical activity per week (for example, less than a 30-minute walk 5 days a week).
  • You do not have any medical condition that makes walking or daily tasks hard.
  • You do not have serious heart or lung disease (like pulmonary hypertension or heart failure).
  • You have never had cancer.
