Who can take part

  • You have HER2+ breast cancer that has spread to other parts of the body or cannot be removed by surgery.
  • You have had at least 2 but no more than 5 prior treatments for advanced disease (depending on which group you join).
  • You have already been treated with trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd) and your cancer got worse (for some groups).
  • You are in good enough health to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You do not have serious heart, lung, or eye problems, or uncontrolled infections.
