Who can take part

  • You have a type of nasopharyngeal cancer called non-keratinizing carcinoma, confirmed by a biopsy.
  • Your cancer is stage II, III, or IVa according to the UICC 8th edition staging system.
  • You are between the ages of 65 and 80.
  • Your liver, kidney, and blood cell counts are within a healthy range for your age.
  • You are able to walk and care for yourself (a performance status of 0, 1, or 2).
