Who can take part
- You are 18 to 65 years old.
- You have a specific type of nasopharyngeal cancer (non-keratinizing) that is stage II or III (locally advanced).
- You are in good enough health to do daily activities (ECOG score 0-1).
- Your blood counts, liver, kidney, and heart function are within normal limits.
- You do not have active infections like hepatitis B/C, HIV, or active tuberculosis, and you don't have an autoimmune disease that requires treatment.
