This trial compares two sets of exercises to see which better helps bowlers with shoulder instability. If you are a male bowler aged 16 to 25 with at least 2 years of experience and no recent shoulder injuries, this study may be right for you.

  • You are a male bowler
  • You are between 16 and 25 years old
  • You have at least 2 years of bowling experience
  • You have not had a shoulder injury or trauma in the past 6 months
  • You do not have any health issues like high blood pressure, nerve or heart problems, or psychological conditions
  • You have not had any arm or upper body injury in the last 6 months
