  • You have a positive GIRD test (your doctor has confirmed you have this shoulder tightness condition)
  • You are between 22 and 40 years old
  • You have not had shoulder surgery before
  • You have not had a recent shoulder fracture or injury in the last 6 months
  • You do not have osteoarthritis or nerve damage in your shoulder
