Who can take part

  • You are male between 18 and 28 years old.
  • You have never had lower back pain.
  • You have been playing Action Cricket in an intermediate league for at least 6 months.
  • You do not have any major physical disabilities or health problems.
  • You have not had a recent serious injury to your core or legs.
