  • Your baby has a heart defect found before birth
  • Your baby needs heart surgery in the first 3 months of life
  • Both parents are covered by French social security and understand French
  • Both parents agree to join and sign the consent form for themselves and the baby
  • No known genetic syndrome or major birth defect before joining
