Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You have a venous leg ulcer that has been present for at least 4 weeks but not longer than 1 year.
  • The wound has a size between 2 and 25 cm2.
  • At least half of the wound is covered with dead tissue (necrotic/slough/fibrin).
  • You are willing to have a 1-week run-in period with standard care before starting study treatment.
  • You do not have other serious health conditions or infections that could interfere with the study.
