  • You are 45 years old or older.
  • You do not have an abnormal protein called monoclonal protein in your blood.
  • You have no serious medical conditions (like cancer or other major diseases).
  • You do not have any gut problems such as tumors, irritable bowel syndrome, or inflammatory bowel disease.
  • You have not taken antibiotics in the past month.
  • You can provide blood, plasma, serum, and stool samples.
