  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have been diagnosed with MGUS, smoldering myeloma, or active multiple myeloma
  • You do not have an active infection or autoimmune disease
  • If you can become pregnant, you must be able to rule out pregnancy
  • You have not used high-dose steroids in the last week
