  • You have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease.
  • You are between 40 and 80 years old.
  • You are at Hoehn and Yahr stage 1 to 3 (mild to moderate Parkinson's).
  • You can walk on your own without help.
  • Your Parkinson's medications have been stable and your condition has not recently changed.
