  • Age 18–84 years old
  • Diagnosed with one of these conditions: mild cognitive impairment, recent stroke (within 6 months), Parkinson's disease, ALS, MS, spinal cord injury, or frailty in older adults
  • Stable health—no major medical changes or new rehabilitation started in the past month
  • Good enough vision to use virtual reality and no serious heart/lung problems that would prevent exercise
  • No other neurological diseases besides the one being studied
  • Never used virtual reality training before
