Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You must have coronary artery disease (like a past heart attack, a stent placed more than 6 months ago, or a high calcium score on a heart scan).
  • Your blood must have a TET2 mutation (a specific genetic change found in some people's blood cells).
  • You cannot currently take strong steroids or immune-suppressing medications by mouth or injection.
  • You cannot have a current or past blood cancer or solid tumor.
