Testing CT1192 for ANCA-associated vasculitis
Treatments studied
Part of Heart & circulation, Immune system & allergy, Skin clinical trials.
This trial tests a new treatment called CT1192 for a type of blood vessel inflammation called ANCA-associated vasculitis. It is for people whose standard treatments have not worked or whose disease has come back. The goal is to see if CT1192 is safe and helps control the disease.

This trial tests a new CAR-T cell treatment (rapcabtagene autoleucel) for people with severe active granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) or microscopic polyangiitis (MPA). It aims to see if this therapy can help control the disease by targeting certain immune cells.
This trial tests a new type of immune therapy called CAR T-cells that target two markers on your B cells (CD19 and BCMA). It is for people with certain autoimmune diseases that have not improved or have come back after standard treatments. The goal is to see if this therapy can help control the disease.
This trial tests a special type of cell therapy (CAR T-cells) that targets two markers on immune cells, CD19 and BCMA, to calm overactive immune systems in people with certain autoimmune diseases. It's for those whose disease has not been controlled by standard treatments.
This trial tests a new CAR-T cell therapy that targets two proteins (CD19 and BCMA) on immune cells. It's designed for people with certain autoimmune diseases like lupus, scleroderma, vasculitis, myositis, or Sjögren's syndrome that are not controlled by standard treatments.
This trial tests a new treatment called CT1192, which uses your own immune cells (T-cells) that are modified to target and calm overactive immune cells causing lupus. It is designed for people with moderate to severe lupus that hasn't improved with standard therapies like steroids, immunosuppressants, or biologics.
This trial tests a new type of cell therapy called CAR-T cells that target BCMA (a protein on certain immune cells) for people with two autoimmune diseases: ANCA-associated vasculitis and lupus nephritis. It is for patients whose disease has not responded to standard treatments or has come back after initial improvement.
