This trial tests if a virtual reality system called BeCure can help people who had a stroke recover arm movement. It's for people who are still in the early to later stages of recovery (not the very first days) and have some movement and sitting balance.

Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- You had your first stroke at least a few weeks ago (subacute to chronic stage).
- You can understand and follow simple instructions.
- You can sit up without help (you have sitting balance).
- Your affected arm has some movement (Brunnstrom Stage 3 or higher) and not too much muscle tightness (spasticity less than 3 on a 1 to 5 scale).
- You have never tried virtual reality therapy before.
