- You are 18 years or older.
- You have cardiogenic shock from any cause, classified as SCAI stage B, C, D, or E.
- You have persistently low blood pressure (under 90 mmHg for at least 30 minutes) or need medications to support your blood pressure.
- You show signs that your body isn't getting enough blood (like cold hands or feet, confusion, or low urine output).
- You are not in cardiogenic shock after surgery, from infection, allergic reaction, or severe blood loss.
