Who can take part
- You had a heart attack more than 3 months ago
- Your heart failure symptoms have been stable for at least 1 month
- You are 18 years old or older
- Your heart function is moderately to severely reduced (NYHA class II to IV)
- Your left ventricle ejection fraction is 40% or lower
- Your NT-proBNP level is 450 or higher
- You do not have other serious heart conditions or active infections
- You are not pregnant, nursing, or planning pregnancy within 1 year
