Who can take part

  • You had a heart attack more than 3 months ago
  • Your heart failure symptoms have been stable for at least 1 month
  • You are 18 years old or older
  • Your heart function is moderately to severely reduced (NYHA class II to IV)
  • Your left ventricle ejection fraction is 40% or lower
  • Your NT-proBNP level is 450 or higher
  • You do not have other serious heart conditions or active infections
  • You are not pregnant, nursing, or planning pregnancy within 1 year
