Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure.
- Your heart's pumping ability (LVEF) is less than 45%.
- You have mild to moderate heart failure symptoms (NYHA class II or III).
- You have been on stable heart failure medications for at least 2 weeks and haven't needed IV treatments in that time.
