Who can take part
- You’re 18 or older and can sign consent
- You’ve been diagnosed with symptomatic heart failure (NYHA class II to IV)
- Your heart pumping strength (LVEF) is under 50%
- Your recent heart failure blood test is high (NT-proBNP/BNP), or you were hospitalized for heart failure in the last 12 months
- You are not currently having a major heart failure worsening or recent heart procedures within the last 4 weeks
