- You are 18 to 75 years old and live in Australia.
- You have a diagnosis of coronary atherosclerosis with at least one artery narrowed shown on a heart CT scan.
- You have not used any other experimental drug in the past 30 days or 5 half-lives.
- You have not had a heart attack, stroke, or heart surgery recently, and your heart failure is not severe.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant or donate sperm during the study.
- You have no active infections, uncontrolled diabetes, or other serious health conditions listed in the full criteria.
