Who can take part
- Age 18–80 years old
- Evidence of coronary atherosclerosis (either diagnosed heart disease or multiple risk factors like diabetes, high blood pressure, or smoking)
- Confirmed narrowing of at least one heart artery (25–69% blockage) on a heart imaging test (CCTA)
- Not had a recent heart attack (within 4 weeks), stroke (within 6 months), or certain heart procedures
- Good kidney and liver function, controlled blood pressure and cholesterol, no active infections or autoimmune diseases
