- Age 40 to 80 years old
- Diagnosed with Parkinson's disease (mild to moderate stage, able to walk independently)

- No dementia, depression, or anxiety (by standard mental health scores)
- No use of probiotics, prebiotics, or antibiotics in the last 2 months
