  • You are between 30 and 80 years old
  • You have insomnia diagnosed by a doctor
  • You feel your memory or thinking is not as sharp as it used to be
  • You take non-benzodiazepine sleep medication on a regular basis
  • You do not have dementia or other serious brain conditions
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
