Who can take part
- You must have been diagnosed by a specialist with insomnia, narcolepsy, or REM sleep behavior disorder
- You must be willing to sign a consent form to participate
- You cannot have serious brain conditions like dementia, brain tumors, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, or major head injury
- You must not have had major depression or bipolar disorder in the past year, or a history of schizophrenia
