Who can take part

  • You must have been diagnosed by a specialist with insomnia, narcolepsy, or REM sleep behavior disorder
  • You must be willing to sign a consent form to participate
  • You cannot have serious brain conditions like dementia, brain tumors, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, or major head injury
  • You must not have had major depression or bipolar disorder in the past year, or a history of schizophrenia
  • You must not have had severe drug or alcohol abuse in the past year
  • You must not have serious hearing, vision, or memory problems that would make it hard to complete the study
