Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older
  • You have metastatic colorectal cancer with normal RAS and BRAF genes (no mutations)
  • You previously received an anti-EGFR drug (like panitumumab or cetuximab) and it worked well for at least 6 months, then you had another treatment after it stopped working
  • You have not taken valproic acid or similar HDAC inhibitors before
  • You are healthy enough for daily activities (ECOG score 0–1)
