Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have advanced colorectal or stomach cancer that has spread or come back despite at least two prior treatments.
- Your tumor tests positive for a protein called GUCY2C.
- You are healthy enough for daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- Your blood counts and organ function are within certain limits.
