KD-496 CAR T-cells for advanced solid tumors with NKG2DL or CLDN18.2

Gastric CancerPancreatic CancerSolid Tumor

Part of Cancer, Digestive system, Hormones & metabolism clinical trials.

This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy called KD-496, which is a CAR T-cell designed to attack tumors that have NKG2DL or CLDN18.2 markers. It may be an option for people with advanced solid tumors (commonly stomach or pancreatic cancer) who have tried at least two prior treatments.

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have an advanced solid tumor (like stomach or pancreatic cancer) that has not responded to at least two standard treatments.
  • Your tumor must have at least one of two markers – NKG2DL or CLDN18.2 – confirmed by a tissue test.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans (like a CT or MRI).
  • You are generally able to do daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, and blood counts are working well enough per routine tests.

CAR-NK Cells for Advanced Pancreatic Cancer

This trial tests a new type of immunotherapy called CAR-NK cells (CL-NK-001) for patients with advanced pancreatic cancer that has a specific marker (eGR1). The goal is to see if these specially grown natural killer cells can attack the cancer after standard treatments have stopped working.
