Who can take part

  • Your baby must be a newborn, born at any stage of pregnancy.
  • Your baby must be on a specific type of breathing machine called high frequency oscillatory ventilation.
  • Your baby cannot have certain brain conditions like a stroke, fluid in the brain, bleeding in the brain, or severe lack of oxygen at birth.
  • Your baby cannot have heart defects that are present from birth.
