Who can take part
- You need cataract surgery
- You are over 40 years old
- Your eye length is between 21 and 25 millimeters
- You have epiretinal membrane (ERM) in the eye being treated
- You have no other serious eye diseases, such as diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, or glaucoma with vision loss
- You have not had eye surgery before, and you do not need other eye surgeries or laser treatments during the study
