- You are having or have had cataract surgery in both eyes.
- You will receive (or have received) a standard monofocal, monofocal-plus, or extended depth-of-focus lens.
- You must not have certain eye conditions like severe dry eye, corneal disease, glaucoma, or diabetic retinopathy.
- You must not have had laser eye surgery or other eye surgery besides cataract surgery.
- You must not have conditions like pseudoexfoliation, keratoconus, or vision problems like amblyopia.
