Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (a type of liver bile duct cancer) that can be surgically removed.
- Your tumor is larger than 5 cm, has spread to nearby blood vessels, is multiple (up to 3), has spread to the outer lining of organs, or has suspicious lymph node spread.
- You have not had any prior treatment for this cancer.
- You are at least 18 years old and are in generally good health (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You do not have serious heart, lung, liver, kidney, or immune problems, and you are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You have not had immunotherapy (like PD-1 or CTLA-4 inhibitors) before, and you have no active autoimmune diseases.
