Chemo plus immunotherapy for high-risk bile duct cancer before surgery
Part of Cancer clinical trials.
This trial tests giving chemotherapy (cisplatin and gemcitabine) combined with an immunotherapy drug (rilvegostomig) before and after surgery for a type of bile duct cancer called intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma that has a high risk of coming back. The goal is to see if this combination can reduce the chance of cancer returning.

This trial tests whether adding an immunotherapy drug (toripalimab) to standard chemotherapy before surgery can improve outcomes for people with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma that can be surgically removed. It's for patients who haven't had prior treatment for their cancer and are in good overall health.
This trial tests a combination of chemotherapy directly to the liver, a targeted therapy pill, and an immunotherapy drug for people with advanced bile duct or gallbladder cancer that cannot be surgically removed. The goal is to see if this triple therapy can shrink or control the cancer.
This study tests additional treatment given after surgery to remove high-risk intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (a type of bile duct cancer). The goal is to reduce the chance the cancer comes back and improve survival in patients whose tumors had concerning features.
This trial tests a combination of chemotherapy drugs (gemcitabine, cisplatin, nab-paclitaxel) with an immunotherapy (rilvegostomig) before and after surgery for intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma that can be completely removed. It aims to see if this approach improves outcomes.
This trial tests a combination of chemotherapy directly into the liver artery, an immunotherapy drug, and a targeted therapy pill before surgery for a type of bile duct cancer that has a high chance of coming back. The goal is to see if this approach can improve outcomes for patients whose cancer is still removable but has certain high-risk features.
This trial tests a combination of immunotherapy (tislelizumab) and chemotherapy (gemcitabine, cisplatin, S-1) given before surgery for patients with bile duct cancer that is high-risk for return or has come back within 6 months after a prior surgery. The goal is to see if this treatment can improve outcomes.
